So basically when a female titan shifter is pregnant they are un able to transform into there titan forms- if they are related to other titan shifters then in there titan forms they can sense the pregnant shifter and immediately guard her for the rest of the pregnancy, so since you were related to the yeagers- Eren, Zeke and Grisha all basicallt charged to your room and pounded on the door
