Gil was a very funny and energetic guppy always going to great lengths to make the viewers laugh which gave him a great idea.

Gil was seen with the little fish trying to get them to do something like they always did. "Okay guys, you are going to be the audience and I'm going to be the comedian!" Gil described, sitting down on a chair facing towards them. "Okay!" The little fish agreed before swimming around him. "Hey! Get back here!" Gil declared starting to swim after the little fish who started swimming away faster.

Gil, later came back and took another seat on the chair. "When will those guys ever listen to me." He placed his head on his head and waited for them to come back, only to see they never did. He took out a joke book from the box beside him and started to look through them with a saddened expression. "I can't do this all by myself." He mumbled softly to himself as he flipped through the pages, in hopes of finding a good joke or riddle, only sighing.
