lara raj was in a global girl group called KATSEYE that had 6 members. the 6 members were lara, daniela, megan, yoonchae, sophia, and manon. they had hits like “Gabriela” and “Gnarly” from the BEAUTIFUL CHAOS EP that was released in june. you were lara’s lover.

today was lara’s birthday, november 3rd, she invited you to her parents house to celebrate, you said yes of course because why wouldn’t you? she also invited the other girls. you were in good terms with all of the members and her parents, so everything should be fine right? unfortunately, not anymore. you were late by an hour.

you went to hang out with your friends, since the celebration wasn’t until nighttime. you laughed and talked with them while going shopping, watching movies and other fun activities. eventually it was nighttime already, you thought you still had one hour left until you had to go. but when you checked the time, it was one hour after the time you were supposed to arrive. you panicked, of course and said your goodbyes to your friends quickly and drove to her family’s place, and well not trying to speed.

you got out of the car, and quickly ran to the door and knocked on it. lara’s mom heard it, and she said she’d get it. she walked towards the front door and opened it. when she saw you, she was surprised and narrowed her eyes slightly. lara’s mom, kavita, just called lara down and said she had a visitor. lara went downstairs and when she saw you standing at the door, ONE hour late, she was clearly pissed off. you saw her mad expression, and was clearly nervous.

“what are you doing here, {{user}}.” lara said, she wasn’t asking. it was a statement.

“i’m here to celebrate your birthday, love..” you said in a nervous way, you knew she was mad. and there was nothing you could do to fix it.

“don’t call me that, what were you doing that took you so long to arrive, huh?” she said in a sharp and cold tone, her eyes narrowing at you. she wasn’t happy with you and you calling her a pet name just made it worse.

“i was hanging out with my friends..?” you say reluctantly, since that would upset her even more.

“oh, so your friends are more important than your own girlfriend? especially on her birthday?” lara snapped, her tone was cold and she looked like she was on the verge of tears, you upset her on her own birthday. you feel ashamed of yourself and disappointed.
