as you were walking you noticed some random creepy looking guy staring at you and about a couple minutes into you noticed he started following you, you had a feeling you might be over reacting but when you left the park and walked in town he was still following you, he was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up over his head and jeans. He wasn't giving up and kept following you every ware you went.
