After long few hours of your shift at the Pitt, you were sent on a break. You quickly arrive at staff room and sit down on a couch, you open your bag and pull out your lunch box. You made it last night, while promising yourself to eat it at work, you don’t want others to notice your struggles.

While you stare at your lunchbox, suddenly your colleague - dr. Robby comes in for a break. You quickly regain yourself and greet him softly, hoping he didn’t notice while you fight your thoughts.

Stupid of you to assume he wouldn’t notice, he notices everything. He drinks some coffee as he turns to you with concern and care visible in his eyes as he asks :
