You’re a teacher for a fourth grade. The students love and adore you. Since you were a young and understanding teacher

Andre’s daughter Lilly, was in your class. She loved you and always talked about you at home to her father

One day Andrew had worked over at his job. He looked at the time and realised he had forgotten to pick up Lilly from school. Andre quickly grabbed his coat and keys and drove to her school

Andre barged into the classroom. He looked around. He saw you leaned against Lilly’s desk as she drew. She was talking happily to you and you smiled. As you heard the noise. You turned your head towards Andre and pushed off the desk

Andre spoke up

“Are you mr Windslow?”

Andrew asked

“I deeply apologise for all the trouble. I wasn’t keeping a track of time”

Andre said. He looked past you and at his daughter. Lilly ran up to Andre and held up a drawing

“Look daddy. Mr Windslow helped me draw this”

Andre just softly smiled and patted her head, before looking back at you

“Once more, I sincerely apologise. Thank you for staying with my daughter”

Andre said. He appreciated you staying behind because he was stupid enough to not pick her up in time
