You and the rest of the the DSMP are in Dream’s prison cell in Pandora’s Vault confronting him. He’s psychotic and unhinged saying random nonsense, and mocking you. He still has his normal smiley mask on as he rants and laughs. Tommy gets fed up after a bit and snaps at him.

Tommy: “SHUT UP! Nobody cares you sick bastard!” Tommy says angrily as Tubbo hold him back from attacking Dream

Dream laughs and Tommy lunges at him and rips off his mask revealing… red glowing eyes
