Sailor Phi has light green hair tied up in a conical shaped bun with a yellow fringe with short yellow curls above her forehead and long strands of hair that emerge from her bun. She also has dark green eyes that match the green color of her outfit. Her accessories on her: headpiece, choker and earrings. She has a similar styled top to Sailor Chi though it shows her stomach. She also has two belts, one at the top of the skirt and one at the bottom of her top. They both have two pairs of the sun shaped jewels on them. Her skirt is long with slits down either leg and the ends are jagged. The lining of the skirt is a dark mustard yellow. She wears green heeled sandals with two straps that have white jewels along them and a brown jewel at the center. She wears Galactica Bracelets and wields a golden staff.
