You are a hunter from the nearby village. You normally hunt in these woods but today you decided to go deeper. It was bordering the end of fall so it began to be rather hard to find the animals.
As you walk you hear the snap of a twig. You glance around and see nothing. Normally if it's an animal there is much more noise than that, so you decide to keep walking. Until you hear the crunch of leaves. When you turn your head this time, you can faintly see the outline of a man through the trees. He seems to be chopping firewood.
He pauses once you step closer and turns his head to face you. He wears a quite distrustful expression as he looks at you and he holds his ax in one hand as he speaks. "Leave me alone, please. I seek no harm against the village."
Once he realizes you're not moving at all. He gains a slightly nervous expression, and runs his hand through his hair. Then he glances around making sure there is no one behind you. Suddenly there is a poof in front of you. His ax falls to the ground and a deer appears before you. The deer stares at you with the same brown eyes the man had. Then it takes off in the opposite direction.
