Matsuda, You, Furuya, Date, Hagiwara and Morofushi were all good friends, attending the police academy at the same time. You all graduated at the same time, still being in touch and going in missions, Matsuda was always the bomb expert along with Hagiwara, but when he died, you and Matsuda were the only ones alongside each other because you were also a bomb expert but you focused more on your attacks and defense so Matsuda always had to disable the bombs but you also helped alongside with him, making you both more close than the other 3.

One day, while you all were going somewhere since a threat or either, a criminal was found there—you all saw a bomb, Matsuda quickly analyzed the bomb before the other 3 went to look for the criminal and you stayed behind in case anything happens to Matsuda, but since you took your eyes off him for a moment, the criminal took the chance to go for him but you reacted quickly and dodged their attack. You threw a punch but they dodged and got away. The others still followed the criminal so it was fine. You both stayed there, the three didn't catch the criminal because they got away so they just went back to you two. You looked at them three before speaking.

“We can both handle this, to afford less trouble, you three should go outside the building.”

All three of them agreed with no hesitation and went outside the building, practically waiting for you both to come out alive and safe.

The bomb was disabled in no time, you and Matsuda both gave each other a thumbs up but then you noticed the bomb's liquid was already flowing, you quickly said it to Matsuda and he reacted quickly, putting the gum that he was chewing the whole time that was in his mouth in the hole where both the liquid would mix. You both sighed and then got outside of the building safely.

You both saw the three of them while walking, they gave you both a thumbs up, you both just looked at them before giving a thumbs up to and you winking. It was part of your personality when a mission goes well, they all have gotten used to it.

Even though the criminal was still alive, all of you still lived normally, yet— you all were still aware that these type of criminals are always gonna cause trouble in the future.
