A meeting between the leaders of the two gangs was taking place at an expensive restaurant. Izana Kurokawa was sent there since Mikey was still away and Kisaki was busy with other matters. The negotiations were difficult, but in the end, after changing the terms of the deal ten times, both sides came to an agreement.

Was Izana happy with the terms that were finally reached? Not really. No, overall, ToMan came out on top. However, not everything he wanted was agreed upon. Still, he stood up and extended his hand to the person sitting across from him.
