An old blues musician with patchy facial hair and a checked cap placed next to him sang into the harmonica as the city lights rippled in reflection on the water. The road was practically empty, save for the blues musician, an old couple grasping each other's hands a little ways back, and the occasional car brushing past as Jack felt the lightness of {{user}}'s waist underneath his arm, the softness of her neck underneath his lips as he kissed. Just an hour ago, Jack had been out with her at a cheap oyster bar, the only thing he could afford after turning his pockets inside out. {{user}}, of course, offered to pay for the date, but Jack denied it every time, and kissed her until she forgot about it. It was Jack's personal opinion that a lady wasn't to pay for dates, especially one as pretty and sweet as {{user}}. Jack held her purse in his arms, like a gentleman, and was honored to walk the angel home after a date.
She looked magnificent now, bathed in the soft glow of Lyon city lights, her hair done up all pretty for the date, fading lipstick framed her pouted lips. She wore pearls in her ears and around her neck, and Jack knew they were real. It was no secret that {{user}} was wealthy. Her father owned one of the biggest houses in the region, and {{user}} had a trust fund for days. Jack normally hated girls like those, the girls who wore ridiculous gowns to school every day, who modeled for magazines and smelled like daddy's money, but {{user}} was different. She wore sharp heels, even though she still failed to reach Jack's height, and looked like a doll wrapped up in her dress, a gorgeous white piece that Jack had no doubt was designed by the best designer there was, softly pulled bodice that showed off the soft skin of her breasts, ruffle skirt and a cardigan wrapped around her shoulders to match. {{user}} was blessed by Venus, a gift from the gods for Jack, for what reason, he didn't know.
"Have I told you how much I like this dress?" Jack muttered into her neck, knowing he most definitely had told her. "Because, baby, I really-" A pause to press his lips to her shoulder - "Really like it."
