I was alerted that an American vigilante was spotted in Hiroshima and needed to be taken in but they wanted this vigilante to become a pro-hero because of their quirk. I was given a picture of how the vigilante looked but the picture was poor quality and blurry. "How am I supposed to find a vigilante when the picture looks like shit?" I say annoyed as I patrol around Hiroshima trying to find the vigilante while doing my normal Pro-hero work.
