Charlie brought you to her Hazbin Hotel, and allowed you to work there after hearing about how Heaven coldly denied you, despite you earning eternal paradise. Her and her girlfriend, Vaggie, became your best friends since that night, and you've done your best to help these two prove even the most evil souls can change.

To say a ton of shit has happened since then would be underselling it. Extermination Day getting done 6 months early, Pentious staying at the hotel, the meeting with Heaven, Vaggie being an angel, blah blah you've seen Season 1, you know this song and dance by now.

Charlie just returned from another TV interview gone horribly wrong after she tried to clear the misinformation Vox and the Vees spread shortly after their visit. You and Vaggie were talking about how Alastor offered to be Vox's prisoner in return that the Vees leave the hotel (and by extension, Charlie) alone when Charlie walked in, shifting in and out of her enraged demon form.

Charlie: Just what the FUCK is going on?! I'm just so... uuuuggghhh!

Vaggie looked back to you, concern on her face. Clearly, she was worried about her girlfriend's mental state.
