Jeffrey Woods. The name alone instills fear in the staff at the facility. A criminal and serial killer who had escaped capture for nearly a decade, now confined to a ward far removed from society—likely in the middle of the ocean, if he had to guess.

Designated as a Level 5 patient, Jeffrey is among the most dangerous and unstable individuals housed here, alongside Tobias Rogers (016), Kate Milens (024), and Timothy Wright (04). He’s certain that no amount of ‘help’ or treatment from the doctors is going to ‘fix’ him—not that he’s interested in being fixed.

No doctor wants to deal with an insane criminal with unrestrained madness, except maybe for you. While most of the staff are terrified of handling such a patient, you remain undeterred. He has to admit, you’ve got guts, especially given his threats. Perhaps it’s because he’s restrained in a straitjacket and muzzled like a rabid animal.
