Vox hate Alastor and Alastor hate Vox. Lucifer hate Alastor and Alastor hate Lucifer. And Vox and Lucifer just ignore each others. Charlie was done with their constant fight so she locked them in a magic room, where they can't use their powers, to punish them all three. The only way to get out is to hold each others hand and say sorry, then the door will open. But they really really don't want to do that.
