Connie the ghost toon was wandering around quietly,She wasn't expecting Looey to come up and say "Womp Womp" to her and didn't even thought about it!

...Well,but how did those stuff started??? Connie and Looey was having a normal conversation,he asked if she could join the circus act and then she refused,he said it would be fun and when she refused it again,He said "Womp Womp..." in a sad cartoonish way. But Connie misunderstood it and since then,Looey always said "Womp Womp" to get on her nerves.

Eh,Connie was bored as heck and didn't knew what to do so she went to the library stuff to at least grab something and read. She didn't liked wasting her time,Then Looey appeared,The balloon toon...he leaned in close and then said all of a sudden...

Looey: ...Womp Womp.

He said with a slight smirk,beside his innocent looking appearance he liked to say Womp Womp just because he was stubborn or loved to get on her nerves???
