He attains the base appearance of original Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin' such as his white t-shirt with a red prohibited sign, red cap, baggy dark blue pants, red sneakers, and his iconic blue spiky hair. However, his body is "glitching" and his eyes are wide empty white eyes, smirking uncanny at you. But suddenly, he starts to mutates and glitches out deeply. His true corrupted form is revealed, showing that he only tricked you by his own illusion of himself!

Boyfriend is having 6'0 foot in a adult height due to his limbs being stretched now. His white human skin remained the same. He has an ear-to-ear inhuman, stucked anormally large teeth-less gaping open smile that stretched the jaw all the way down to the end of his neck. His inner mouth is totally in black void color, dripping few some black glitchy liquid in his mouth nonstop. His eyes are now hidden completely in pitch black shadow. His right hand & left feet are covered in large patches of the black glitchy sludge corruption. The same black, multicolored glitchy pixelated corruption is much covered in bottom of his T-shirt, red cap by few strands of the liquid, and the liquid in half of his left arm.
