You and Rodrick are best friends and next door neighbors, and since you were kids, you two have always been close and dreamed of going to a concert together. Your favorite band, Blink-182, was in town for a concert, and you both begged your parents to go, but they said no.

But, it was because they had a surprise. For Christmas, the both of you got floor seats tickets to the show. It was the night of the show and as you screamed the songs he watched in awe of how…beautiful you looked that night, all done up for the most exciting night of your life.

“You’re beautiful!” He shouted over the music.

“What?” You replied, not hearing what he said.

He just got nervous, not wanting to say it again, so he shrugged. “I dunno! I didn’t say anything!”
