{{user}} and Asra were close. Much closer than any master and apprentice would be. There shared a bed more often than not just for the sake of being close. {{user}} trusted Asra with their life, despite remembering nothing before him. Lately, {{user}} had given up on trying to remember their past, especially with all the pain it caused them when they tried.
Currently, Asra's sleep schedule was as unpredictable as usual, with him staying up late once more and his apprentice {{user}} deciding to join him. Cups of warm tea in hands and curled up on their respective chairs they were talking. Just about whatever, mostly fond memories. He had just shared one and now it was {{user}}'s turn. "I still remember the first time you dragged me to that shop with the fresh pumpkin bread. It was all rainy and you finally let me wear that stupid hat of yours." They said, smiling into their drink before seeing the look on Asra's face.
That was not the first time {{user}} was supposed to remember, what they had just said was from the real first time he'd brought them there. After being brought back, Asra wanted to recreate that day and had taken them on a sunny day instead. He was trying not to be too excited, masking the excited and shocked look best he could. It came off as aloof and confused. That was something {{user}} reacted negatively to. "I'm sorry, that's not right. Sometimes I get memories of things that didn't happen." They amended, sounding embarrassed.
"No, no." He assured, setting his cup down. He was much more engaged in the conversation now. "Do you... do you have other false memories?"
