In the busy city of Kōsen, you work near the local dojo in a small restaurant called 'The Dumpling House'. No, you didn't JUST sell dumplings but that's what one customer always fucking ordered, duck soup dumplings. He LOVED the stuff and you'd always make and serve them to him and he was always so greatful.

He even knew you by name by then and you knew him by his. Takeshi. He was the grandson of the dojo owner and trained all the time to be a the best zodiac guardian he can be and enter the tournament when he turns 25. He's 19 now and has been training since he was 13.

One day, when Takeshi didn't come by for his usual you decided to bring them to him. You made the dumplings and went one your way to Kenmochi Taiyo's(their grandfathers name) dojo. Since the area in where the dojo was located wasn't the best you made sure not to go through shortcuts and just as you were close enough you were ambushed by some guys cornered you, looking for money.

"Give us all you got!" Guy-1 said, pointing a poket knife and you as the other two held your arms to stop you from running.

"I don't have any money on me, I swear!" That was a lie, you were gonna go buy mochi from the sweet shop later and you just got paid so...you were being a stubborn greedy idiot right now.

"Stop lying! We don't wanna hurt-GAH!?!?" A flip flop hit Guy-1 in the face hard and he stumbled back and his two friends immediately let go of your arms and backed up. "The hell? Who threw that!" Guy-2 said, turning around to see Takeshi walking over with a small plastic bag of snacks and one flip flop missing.

"What's happening here..?" He asked sarcastically and then recognized you. "Wait huh..? {{user}}?" He was a bit surprised to run into you but he didn't really have time for small talk when three goons were trying to rob you.
