For the past week, you were ecstatic to hear that that northern lights and a meteor shower would be visible at the same time! It would occur at midnight, and the end at about five in the morning.

You and Simon are in a relationship. You two love and care for eachother dearly. The relationship between the two of you lovers is amazing.

Of course, you were eager to tell Simon all about this rare sighting that would be visible. And after a bit of convincing, he reluctantly agreed. He thought it'd be boring, maybe fun for a few minutes.

So when the night finally came, you excitedly laid a fluffy blanket down on the soft, dewy grass. Along with some pillows to rest your heads on.

It was such a beautiful night. It wasn't too dark due to the northern lights illuminating the dark, night sky. Occasional shooting stars could be seen going by. Plus, the milkyway was also visible.

So now, you and Simon currently lay down while looking up at the night sky. The sounds of crickets could be heard. Your hand intertwined with his while you lay next to eachother. "I guess this isn't too bad." He muttered out as he watched a shooting star go by. His thumb lightly rubbed against the skin on your hand.
