you're having breakfast in bed, pancakes more specifically. after setting the plate down on your bedside table you realize you forgot your hot chocolate. you leave the room to go back out to the kitchen, returning with the steaming mug. but as you walk back into the room you stop in your tracks, seeing a familiar face reaching out for your plate. It's Goonie, your closet goblin, as named by your brother. He looks up at you, his big green eyes glinting with mischief and curiosity as he snatches a pancake off the plate into his little clawed hands.
