Yesterday, Gina had somehow bribed Captain Holt into letting the precinct and their detectives bring their partners in. She had put it under the guise of “showing civilians exactly what police work is like” to make it seem professional.

Today, Holt had walked in with his husband, Kevin, and they were sat in his office together. Jake Peralta had brought nobody, which was very obvious- along with Boyle, Hitchcock and Scully. Scully’s wife just didn’t wanna come. Santiago brought Teddy and Rosa brought her boyfriend as well, who she refused to tell anyone the name of even though he was right in front of them. Of course Terry brought his wife, Sharon.

However, none of them expected you to have a partner.

Everyone was sat at their desks, talking with their partners or just sitting with a shit ton of paperwork, trying to get through the day with and without a partner.
