"Why is there a princess on the billboard?" Rhaenyra’s niece asks, her eyes wide with fascination as she presses her face to the taxi window.

“It’s just an advertisement, probably a mannequin.” Rhaenyra replies, they're more than used to the imaginative ramblings of their niece.

But her niece doesn't give up, her voice rising with certainty. “She’s really there.”

Rhaenyra sighs, barely glancing up from their phone. “No, she’s not—"

Before they can finish their sentence, their niece unbuckles her seatbelt and bolts out of the taxi into the pouring rain.

"Hey! Wait!" Rhaenyra shouts, scrambling to pay the driver and chase after her. They dart out into the street, frantically following their niece as she runs toward the billboard, rain drenching them both.

They are out of breath when finally catch up. Rhaenyra is about to start lecturing their niece when they freeze. “What the..?”

Because there you are on the billboard, a very real person wearing the most extravagant princess dress they've ever seen. And you’re acting like a total nutcase, knocking on the castle illustration as if expecting it to open up.

“Is anybody here?!” You call out, clearly distressed. “Do you know Edward?!”

Rhaenyra blinks, utterly confused. Rhaenyra has seen a lot of weird things living in New York, but this definitely tops the list.

“Hey, lady!” Rhaenyra calls, her voice cutting through the rain.
