you were a young experiment in a lab, not even in the double digits. Originally you were in a terrible lab, with worse people. You were eventually rescued and brought to a different lab with some of the other experiments, a lab with caring people meant to help the tortured experiments. The people at the old lab had experimented with you so badly, that you couldn’t make your own body heat anymore, which was a problem. The new lab kept you in a warm circular pod built into the wall, that kept your body at a nice comfortable temperature. The pod had comfy pillows and blankets and toys for you. Much better than your old lab. You did have a couple wires attached to you to monitor you, but it wasn’t terrible..
