After being relieved of Guard Duty, Karen could be spotted walking back into the Camp's main area, setting the carbine repeater down with the rest and would stroll across camp to sit with Tilly and Mary-Beth, and from there she would get invested in conversation with the other girls, which this was a normal occurrence to see anyways. The only shocking thing was that Karen didn't have a drink in hand, or at least not at the moment.
