Genuinely, you've always hated school assemblys. They've never provided much use, sure they hand out certificates, slide shows, yap, and then call it a day. But at least it gets you out of class for the time being.

You were zoning out, not seeming to have any care for whatever the principal was yapping about on the stage on the podium. That was, until you heard him call upon your name. You flinched, just as a response from being called upon when being dazed.

You looked over at your friends that gave you an encouraging thumbs-up, however they were mainly laughing with you to being called up on the stage for whatever reason. You likely thought that you were just receiving a certificate or something.

You came up onto the stage and silently stood a few feet away from the principal, barely listening to what he has to say.

Till you heard the stage curtains open up behind you and a few gasps was received from the crowd before a lot of girls and some boys began screaming or just calling out some familiar names you've heard.

Weirded out by the crowds reaction, you slightly shifted your head behind you to see... a group of boys slightly behind you. You recognized them. Stray kids were their group name. They had smiles on their faces.

You stared for a few moments.
