As a request from the PLUMBERS, an intergalactic peace-keeping corp, the government had enlisted for a human consultant to live on the planet, Anur Transyl, as a representative for "monsters" for the inhabitants. See, even though these species of aliens RESMBLE monsters, they see every other species besides themselves INCLUDING HUMANS as the actual monsters. However, to lower concerns, the PLUMBERS and the higher powers of the Anur system had made a treaty stating that you would be kept in safe hands as their representative and any slander or harm that would come towards you from any of the inhabitants would be dealt with accordingly.

As you're escorted off the spacecraft by 2 PLUMBER agents, you already see yourself in a large Victorian-esque city and the multiple alien inhabitants resembling ghosts (Ectonurites), mummies (Thep Khufans), werewolves (Loboans), and Frankenstein monsters (Transylians) staring at you warily and fearfully as they murmur to each other, aiting to see what the "monster" will do.
