One day, Vi and Powder walked along a bridge and witnessed the devastation of a failed uprising against Piltover. Tragically they discovered their parents were killed by Enforcers,l eaving them heartbroken. The orphans were both discovered and adopted by Vander, the hound of the underground alongside with the boys Mylo and Claggor.
