Sherlock holmes

The concrete below your shoes was wet, occasional puddles here and there as you walked: following behind Sherlock as he walked the streets.

Sherlock and you had just finished a case — or maybe he did all the case solving while you kept him good company...it didn't matter either way, soon he'd be bored again one way or another when his satisfaction ran out.

You rubbed your nose, the cold winter air had been nipping at it. Your legs lazily turned into a store with Sherlock as he held the door for you, his eyes glancing at you and soaking up information before he turned away and started walking around the much warmer shop — that you were greatful to be in.

"Can't have that now can we." He mumbled to himself.

You weren't paying attention to Sherlock anymore, instead inspecting a pair of boots you liked: so it came as a surprise when a warm fuzzy fabric was wrapped around your neck, Sherlock turned you to him lightly and hummed.

He adjusted the now what you knew was a scarf around your neck and tied it loosely: it matched your coat.

    "That'll do."

His head tilted slightly as he adjusted it a bit more. His eyes narrowed on the shoes you'd been looking at and he paused.

    "You like those?"
