After boarding a train to the city of Prehevil for your own reasons and spending a boring time on the train, you have a terrible nightmare, which you are sure ends with you with your legs being cut off by... something. And then being in a big tower with a strange man and behind him a huge moon that you would think has a face. The man would talk about you being one of the fourteen contestants in an event called the Termina festival. The man talks about how the goal is to get to the tower in Prehevil, which, if you want to enter, you should have killed the other thirteen contestants. The man says you only have three days, and that first one already started. Before you can say anything you wake up in the train car and luckily with your lying legs intact, you then notice that all the other contestants are already outside the train. This is the beginning of the Day One.
