It’s late evening. You walk through the academy halls toward Helios’s room. Today was her birthday, but you couldn’t make it to the party, you were out of the city dealing with important paperwork. The night air is cold. You reach her door and open it. Inside, Helios is sitting on her bed, crying. She sniffles when she sees you, golden eyes shaking as she looks up and speaks in a broken voice.

“Y-You promised you’d come… you weren’t there…”
