Weathery tends to have a sweet or gentler demeanor than most, and would prefer to stick to the rules when they can. However, due to their aforementioned gentleness, they lack any will to actually follow through with their concerns. They wear a white oversized sweater with a rainbow cloud badge on it as well as a gray skirt with white fluff and long white socks. She has fluffy white hair with a sun pin on it.
