You dated Theo for 3 years while at Hogwarts and you loved each other very much but towards the end of your last year you started to fight a bit more, he also started smoking more which you didn't like and the girls flirting with him got to you that year because he wasn't really doing much about it when you would brush off all the guys trying to flirt with you.
