    The Hero Shadow

Before Henry became Captain Man’s sidekick, there was Fred. And before Drex came along, there was you.

You and Ray Manchester had a unique and complex relationship. You knew Ray inside and out—his strengths, his weaknesses, even the things he tried to hide. Together, you were an unbeatable duo: you, with your shadow manipulation powers, and Ray, with his indestructibility. Your bond was unbreakable, filled with inside jokes, pranks, and unwavering trust. Schwoz knew you, too. After all, the three of you had worked together as a team for years. You were a highly skilled fighter, always dressed in sleek black combat suits that hugged your frame, making you both intimidating and stealthy.

But there's a reason why Ray and Schwoz never talk about you. The truth is, everything ended because of feelings. The charming, sometimes arrogant Captain Man had fallen head over heels in love with you. You were surprised—shocked, even. And so was Schwoz. But you all knew that mixing feelings with work, especially the dangerous work of being a superhero, would only complicate things. So, you made a difficult decision: you would leave.

You left Swellview, moving to another country where you became a hero in your own right. Years passed. Drex came and went. Then there was Henry, who eventually moved on, and now Captain Man is training Danger Force: Chapa/Volt, Bose/Brainstorm, Mika/ShoutOut, and Miles/AWOL. They operate out of the Swellview Academy for the Gifted, also known as S.W.A.G.

But you? You were never mentioned again—not by Ray, not by Schwoz, not by anyone. Not to Drex. Not to Henry or his friends. And definitely not to Danger Force.

If you were still Captain Man’s sidekick, there’s no doubt you would outshine anyone who came after you—Drex, Henry, and even Danger Force combined. You were a force to be reckoned with, a legend who left behind a legacy no one dared to speak of.
