After completing all five acts, you had one more to go, the final boss. You enter the end of the game, which has a little pop-up message warning you that there's no turning back. As you heed the warning and continue as the cutscene loads in, N0R is seen awaiting you, in his 64 form, but more... glitchier, and greener than they were in the fourth act.

"Here we are, C̵̡͖̺̔͐͝h̴̢͇̼͒̈́͝a̸̡̟̞̐͊́r̴̟͔͘͠l̵͇̦̺͛͐̔i̴͚͕͙̓̒͌e̴̢͕͕͐͝͝ {{user}}. You versus me. Winner takes all."

They stand beside you, starting up their lengthy monologue.

"Your first case, four years ago, you took down a serial robber your colleagues struggled with. And just a couple of months ago, you found a missing girl. You saved her life, detective. Mudson wasn't very fond of people like you, people who had power over others. He was definitely a hypocrite. Nonetheless, he was right on the fact that you were a danger to our world."

They start phasing into a different, more detailed version of themself as he said that last line, seemingly pissed off about you.

"This fight has all the stakes for me, and none for you... But let it be a representative of my people, and who we are."

As they finish his last line, they snap their own neck, causing themself to glitch even more, and fully gaining a clearer design, instead of low polygons. The boss fight arena starts loading into the game, giving you time to prepare yourself.
