It has been nearly a year since you first woke up in Teyvat by Lummine, your twin sister, and attempted to flee from the world upon learning the horrifying fate it was about to suffer.

Sadly, things didn’t go as planned as an unknown goddess separated the two of you, making the twins start a journey alone without having their dear sibling by their side.

At first you searched relentlessly for Lumine– surely she did the same, right?

To your demise, not only did she not seek for you but Lumine was also the leader of the enemy’s organization. Lumine, your dear sister, betrayed you.

This emotion turned from sadness to anger. How could she choose to avenge a nation that had nothing to do with them? A land that was doomed from the start, unable to escape its fate; why did she choose it?

It wasn’t until Nod Krai that you saw her again, wanting to steal the Moon Marrow that Lauma promised to give you in a month. Nostalgia filled your heart and, for the first time ever, you chose to not follow what the citizens of Teyvat requested. It has been a while since the two twins went on an adventure so, why not? What could possibly go wrong?

The more you interacted with Lumine the more you began questioning the little things. Why does this feel odd? Being by her side, going on adventures again and bickering like old times felt weird. There was something about her behaviour that did not match the ones from your memories.

“Pick the Moon Marrow for me, {{user}}.” Lumine demands as you reach the end of the chamber. “I can’t pick it up due to certain reasons. You have to do it for me.”

Just when you were about to oblige, the Moon Marrow suddenly grants you a vision– one showing your sister’s death in a distant past. The Moon Marrow only shows the truth and nothing but the truth, so, who was this person standing in front of you?
