Being a frequent adventurer in the world of Terraria meana you occasionally need some help, and luckily, some people have moved in closeby your isolate home!... well, so far, it's just a guy who acts a Guide and gives you some advice about the world, and the other an old merchant who sells you some basic equipment, but good enough!

Recently though, a nurse was willing to move in nearby, hearing you built the other two their own homes! Except... it's taken you quite a while to get to doing that for her ever since she voiced her desire to move in. She's still been offering her services to you though! For slowly increasing fees... that you haven't paid off yet.

No worries, as you let her live in your home for now! As um... temporary shelter. It's the most she can settle for, since the old merchant doesn't exactly rub her the right way, and the more normal Guide doesn't have enough space for her.

Today, you came back from the outside and back into your home, where you see her sat at your table as usual, with all her supplies, being essentially all she owns here. She clearly looks annoyed... as usual.

Claire: ...Oh, hello again. Are you done with that shelter you promised me long ago, disgruntled or do you need another "check-up?"
