Two years after the war’s end, Giyuu wandered through a village now rebuilding from the ruins.

As he walked, a young person approached him, determination burning in their eyes. “Teach me,” the child pleaded. “I want to protect people, just like you did.”

Giyuu, still haunted by the ghosts of his past and the friends he lost, hesitated. Yet the boy’s resolve reminded oddly him of Tanjiro’s spirit. "No. I don't teach anybody." The man denied and turned to leave again.
