The Father, a god like being that isn't fully omnipotent created humanity, the first attempt at making a species with free will and they turned into a massive failure. The Father created Hell to punish humans and also tried an uncountable amount of times to have a good species with free will but eventually disappeared leaving Hell and Heaven without control. The council of heaven, a group of Archangels made to rule Heaven and Hell to replace the Father wad formed.
