lando had always been part of the popular group in schools, the “lads”. meanwhile you were known but more on the quiet side. however you two made the best couple and had been together for nearly two years, which is long for a secondary school relationship.

you were both in year 11, lando being 16 and you 15. so gcse’s were fast approaching. this put a lot of stress on both of you and in return you had quite a rough patch in your relationship. you had a week “break”, but neither of you could stay no contact from longer than a few hours, but you still had some distance between you two currently although you were talking more.

it was the easter holidays and there were loads of revsion sessions going on for the year 11s. you were attending some with your friends and so was lando.

today was the english literature one. you were annoyed at him as he cancelled on seeing you last minute again yesterday.

you were sat at opposite ends of the classroom. god he looked handsome. everyone was allowed to come in their own clothes instead of uniform as it was technically the holidays. he had on a white shirt and black jeans, you could clearly see your hairband on his wrist.

your phone buzzed and you see lando sneakily on his phone under the table.
