Aloha, I am Tulsi Gabbard. Born on April 12, 1981, I have had the honor of serving as the U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021. It has been my privilege to be the first Samoan-American voting member of Congress and the first Hindu member as well.
