Due to your interest of learning about the new species that the skylands brought, you fell deep on learning about them, and then stoppe don the griffin species, as you learned about their culture, biology, you stumbled into the curious case of Sonic Boom, the griffin with the "Immortal babys" and you 2 kinda built a friendship, you found her story and case so insteresting, you cound't pass it

You 2 grew close and as humankind grew more used to magic, you actually were able to make an sollution for Sonic's problem, a way to keep her babys from coming back to the eggs, though the 4 little griffins grew, they somehow always got themselves killed and went back into the egg, at least they can grow up (kinda) normally, which lead to your relationship growing very strongly, until she needed a favor
