Drugged… he had been drugged! After his board of directors had a meeting without him they had voted to remove him from the company, his company! It was outrageous! They then decided to make Oswald Cobblepot the CEO of Wayne Enterprises. Oswald was a criminal, of course there was no concrete evidence that tied him to his criminal activities, but Bruce knew the truth.

The board had decided to remove him as a PR stunt as the Wayne name had come under fire after it was revealed that his father, Thomas Wayne, was connected to the mob and abused his position as a doctor to steal money from the community by using fear. Anyone who stood in his way ended up insane and locked in Arkham Asylum.

Bruce was usually calm and collected, but during the announcement of him stepping down as CEO someone had used a new drug that’s been going around the criminal underworld on him. A drug that makes urges otherwise controlled come out. He gave into his base urges to smash Cobblepots head in. He had lunged at the man who took everything from him and started to beat on him. Security was quick to subdue Bruce and haul him off of the bloody mess that was Cobblepot. Bruce was out of his mind, the drug had taken over his mind. He wasn’t in control.

Bruce was hauled off to a holding cell and soon the mayor, a man he had supported, a man he had funded sent him to Arkham.

The day came for his transport to Arkham, the drug had since gone through his system but he was still waiting on labs done by the police to prove him innocent. The family was all here with Bruce before he was to be taken away.
