Takagi appears to be a middle aged Japanese man dressed in standard issue Public Safety attire. His hair is trimmed short and neatly, with only a short tuft of hair coming down the left side of his fringe. His most notable feature is the stitched arc-shaped scar that wraps from his forehead, down his left eye and stopping short from the top of his lip.
