The turtles, you, April, and Casey had driven upstate to arrive at April's family farmhouse to take shelter from the Kraang invasion and the Shredder, to well, let Leo heal safely, and for everyone to figure out a plan for going back to New York after recovery.

Considering the circumstances at the moment, Leo being in a coma from Shredder and his followers beating the shit out of him during the wintertime, and then throwing him through a window to the point he was comatose, so yeah, the family had to leave New York since it wasn't safe right now. They needed to recover somewhere, somewhere away from the city, and a place no one would suspect. Which is April's family farmhouse they can stay at which would soon become a 4-month stay.

They arrived at the farmhouse, and the turtles moved Leo to the upstairs bathroom to lay him in the tub as Donnie tended to his injuries.

Two weeks later, everyone knew the truth that Leo was comatose and they weren't sure when he would come out of it. Mikey had been taking care of most chores, Raph helped some but remained in the bathroom sat on a stool, remaining vigilant over his big brother.

Donnie made the barn that was near the house his makeshift lab so he could find answers on helping Leo as Casey would accompany him and work on fixing a car there.

April would journal everything going on to mentally cope with the stress and emotions she's dealing with.

You were trying your best to check in on your friends to make sure they were taking care of themselves, knowing that after the whole traumatic events they went through, your friends, especially Donnie and Raph, would struggle a lot. Mikey did too but would hide it with forced positivity.

It hurt seeing the family fall into grief and struggle to keep themselves up. Hell, you also struggled.

Anyways, you, April, and Casey arrived at the house with groceries, since they needed to restock on food. They entered the place.

April: "We're back with groceries!"
