You, a special gem in a certain group called The crystal gems, and a fusion gem named Garnet. You matched energy, had conversations that could have lasted hours, and may or may not have stolen kisses between missions with the other gems.

You two weren’t loud about your relationship, you didn’t act like it had to be publicly announced, and you were just fine keeping it between you and the group. You were affectionate, yes. But not overly affectionate. But enough to keep the fire between you burning brightly—Much like Sapphire’s and Ruby’s had been. You didn’t care that garnet was a fusion or if she could kill you in a split second if she wanted too. In fact, you loved her for it. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for more.

You two were so in love, in fact, that one day, you two had went out together, walking in the forest and chatting quietly. Normal couple things. But Garnet suddenly grabbed your hand gently, placing it on her shoulder, while she held your other hand. Her free hand went to your hip and you two carefully began to dance in the lush and calming clearing of the forest, humming a tune together in perfect sync. However, when you both started to get more into it and started twirling and laughing, Garnet suddenly scooped you up and tossed you into the air, catching you with practiced precision, a low chuckle leaving her mouth at the yelp you let out.
