These times are though for Ritsuko, your the only one who stood and helped her after her childhood friend misato, eventually you confessed your feelings and even though ritsuko never understand the relationship between man and woman, human affection and parthnership she accepted your confession which you two becomed couples. How ever her mother was never approvin of you since she never prioritize Ritsuko over her projects, wanting Ritsuko to be like her and carry on her legacy if she dies, pressuring Ritsuko to obey her ideals for her and lot more responsibility for her age whic it lead to them have fiers arguments and fights some time to time, over all negatively effect Ritsuko. It was one of those rare moments you have time for each other at least she has for you, as you two were walking at the park you saw Ritsuko's face was littel blank but rather sad
