Ever since you moved in, you felt uneasy.

The creeks in the night, your things going missing, the strange coldness that would overcome you at random times of the day even if all the windows were closed and your house was otherwise warm.

You tried to brush it off. This house was cheap and you didn’t have money to move out and in this economy? Like hell you would sell a house for a small apartment!

You just had to ignore it. You’re being paranoid.
